An evolution of our 2017 Rainbow Project beer, and is the first time we’ve ever brewed a lager for general release. This is very much our interpretation on the style. We’re using an authentic American Lager yeast strain along with some fructose for a touch of sweetness while keeping the body nice and light. There’s a touch of oats and wheat in there too to help the body, but the star of SANTO is the dry hop. Amarillo, Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra work in harmony to give the drink subtle tropical fruit notes and fresh, crisp citrus. Saintly clean and devilishly drinkable.
Lemon and Lime Kettle Sour. Super refreshing with a classic sharp citrus fruit combo thats a lot of fun. Should come with a pucker warning as it is SOUR it will chew your face off but so tasty youll keep coming back for more.
Juicy New England styled IPA. Aromas of peach, orange and earthy fermented fruits combine with the drinkable, semi-sweet body.
Made using only the choicest U.S. hops this triple-hopped American Pale Ale has a pleasant citrus fruit aroma and characteristic robust bitterness.
Finest Maris Otter malted barley is supplemented with a dash of Crystal malt for balance. Our hops are a blend of four different local varieties, to give a distinctive hoppy finish.
Pale gold in colour, with a crisp malt edge and sharp bitterness. Plateau has been hopped at different stages of the brew, with a big mix of US and NZ hops to satisfy the discerning drinker. Full in flavour, zesty, refreshing and low in alcohol, this beer will have you returning to the bar for another.
Our premium strength pale ale 'Aurora' has a satisfying blend of malts to provide a juicy backbone and a pale amber colour. An expansive blend of US hops give a resinous mouthfeel - big citrus and tropical fruit flavours, which are prominent, yet well balanced.
