We wanted to bring the basics to the party on this IPA with a two hop line up of new school and old school varieties like those Polly’s originals beers of old. Idaho 7 brings the sticky stone fruit and tropical notes, backed with a subtle pineyness, that melds perfectly with Columbus to accentuate those intense citrus notes, with a whisper of spiciness to round everything off.
