Double IPA hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Chinook. A juicy tropical fruit hop bomb collaboration with Northern Monk Brew Co.
A rich, dark export stout with a complex malt base providing burnt chocolate, espresso coffee, molasses and leather aromas. The complexity of the malt is perfectly balanced by the warmth of the alcohol, added to which is the punchy bitterness and earthy spice of the Columbus hops.
This beer was made to have all the flavour of your favourite chocolate covered wafer biscuit, but in a pale beer. Massive hits of cacao and vanilla with a smooth, malty backbone. Go on Have a Break.
Modern generously hopped brown ale. The locals favourite at our Taproom. The Brown is more wholesome than a barrow full of multigrain cobs. Rich, unctuous, velvety and other good words, it would beat an IPA in an arm wrestle.
This Trans-Atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.
Our first foray into fruited sours! It's appearance is that of a smoothie. It's taste is, erm, that of a smoothie too! It's a raspberry and blackberry Berliner Weisse that couldn't be more perfect for this warm spell we're having.
A highly refreshing, very pale ale, bursting with hop character and a fine fruity aroma. Brewed with soft Lakeland water, Maris Otter malted barley and full flower hops - blending three traditional English hops and the modern American hop, Citra.
This is a dry-hopped Pilsner made with classic German Saphir hops, giving vibrant citrus and stone-fruit notes. Built from Bavarian yeast, it has a crisp clean taste. This is lager like it was, like it should be, like it will be. Lager is back!
A prototype brew that will push your citrus tolerance to the brink and back; Elvis Juice is crammed with tart pithy grapefruit and orange. A different take on our flagship style, this IPA has toasty malt nudging zesty orange alongside bitter and sour grapefruit.
This is our "if in doubt" beer. Hazy, fruity and balanced. We keep the malt the same but rotate the hop bill to take advantage of what is best and when. Big dry hop and whirlpool additions, no bitterness, just an elegant, super easy-drinking hoppy session beer.
