Scottish sour ale fermented with mango, pineapple, guava and passionfruit, aged in red wine barrels.
Developed to showcase the amazing aromas and flavour of the Mosaic hop. You should be able to pick up blueberry, tangerine and papaya, with the addition of bittering hop Hallertau Blanc bringing lemongrass and passionfruit to the beer. It has a very pale malt base, with carapils and malted oats added to give a lightly toasted complexity and an enhanced mouth feel.

Fierce Pilsner has spent over six weeks in tank, uses a traditional yeast strain and noble hops to develop a crisp, clean flavour profile with a little sweetness.

Vienna Lager is a classic style that's almost 180 years old. It's characterised by a complex, elegant malt profile that delivers light toasted and biscuity flavours, with a dry finish and lingering bitterness. To compliment the rich malt backbone, we used a hop known for bright orange flavours.
