Classic English hops (Fuggles and East Kent Goldings) give a clean bitterness and earthy, floral hop notes, which balances perfectly against deeper malt flavours of caramel and biscuit. Named after the prominent hill that keeps watch over Linlithgow, Cockleroi (pronouced Cockle-roy) is a deliciously drinkable ale. Balanced malt and classic hop flavours combine for a sessionable best bitter, perfect to quench your thirst after a walk up a hill… or just a walk to the bar and back.
