We've gone to town with a triple Southern Hemisphere hop combination for our latest DDH New Zealand pale. Copious amounts of Nelson, Rakau and Riwaka hops have gone into this super pale hop monster. Soft mango and candied lime on the nose with juicy mouthfuls of ripe passion fruit, sweet jaffa oranges, tender passion fruit and candied citrus to the palate. Dry and slighty bitter resiny finish with back-notes of soft limes.

For the World Cup. Freshly peeled citrus bursts through a bed of extra pale malt, blending gentle sweetness with sharp pithy notes. The hops sing on the palate to leave a juicy and sessionable XPA with a spiky, bitter finish.
This session IPA is heavily hopped with Citra and Chinook, producing huge tropical and citrus notes, carried by a soft, velvety malt base of pale malt and torrefied wheat. Respire is bright and incredibly drinkable, making it perfect for the pub garden as summer rolls around.
A real powerhouse of a beer. Much thought went into the creation of our flagship 'strong' ale. To create something with real strength and depth we developed a unique recipe featuring rich espresso aromas, dark fruit and roasted malt flavours.
Amber gold in colour, brewed with whole flower English hops, Best Bitter packs a genuine spiky bitterness with big character. Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops blend to create a beautiful aroma and flavour with kicks of grassy freshness and a big peppery punch. The Maris Otter malt offers a light sweetness that balances against those big bitter characters.
Beautifully soft and clean protein heavy grist brewed alongside Strata and Mosaic hops in both the whirlpool and dry hop giving citrusy, dank note and an all round hop extravaganza of an IPA. Collaboration with Rivington Brew Co.
To produce this IPA, we naturally acidified a portion of wort using lactic acid bacteria, which was added to the kettle to lower the pH pre fermentation. The increased acidity doesn't sour; instead, it allows the hops to remain bright, lively and juicy at such high hopping rates. We're really happy with the results. It's so smooth and creamy with flavours reminiscent of white grape, tangerine and orange with a gentle coconut finish. Collaboration with Verdant Brewing.
This foggy little pale ale was brewed with a protein-rich malt bill along with IPA-levels of Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy hops. Dank and juicy in all the right spots with flavours of orange, pine, mango and tangerine.

Pouring pale amber in colour, Black Sheep IPA is a robust and hop-dominant pint with a rounded malt base. The blend of US grown hops offer fragrant notes of tropical fruits and sticky pine whilst our classic Yorkshire Square fermentation system provides Black Sheep IPA with a classic, dry finish.
