Extremely fruity and hazy IPA with Munich and a generous amount of wheat malt for increased body and haze. We used Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo and Mosaic hops for a punchy fruit aroma, while keeping the bitterness low for an easy drinking pint.
Stout brewed with New Zealand hops. Dark and complex with burnt smoky taste.
We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply get it down ya neck. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA.
In Betula we combine Vic Secret and Citra hops, onto a light and wheat-heavy malt base. The two hops balance well with Vics bringing a lot of peach flavours, and Citra offering that dank hit of grapefruit and ripe tropical fruits. Fermentation on London Fog offers up more stone fruit flavours and the end brings in a light bitterness.
White chocolate pale milk stout with vanilla, cacao nibs, tonka beans and lactose.
A well balanced, smooth session lager with a robust and hoppy taste. Brewed exclusively for the UK market. Pilsner has a smooth aromatic hop taste. It is a cool refreshing session beer with an intense yellow, golden appearance. A truly authentic Bavarian imported session lager and an antidote to the current trends around the UKs mainstream lager brands.
Lightly golden Helles lager with a bubbly, medium white head that steadily shrinks to a thin foamy lace, the aroma is soft and sweet with grain and very flowery hops.
