Our blackberries are grown at Haygroves soft fruit farm in Herefordshire which we have co-fermented with our bitter sweet Dabinett apples. Delicate pink in colour. A lightly sparkling cider, medium sweet and fruity to taste. It retains a true cider flavour with a hint of juicy blackberry dark fruit. There’s plenty of real apple and real blackberry notes to enjoy. Not overly sweet like many on the market. Very refreshing! A true real fruit blend; Never from concentrate.
