Our proper northern bitter! Leaden skies, satanic mills and the unmistakable feeling of satisfaction from an honest days graft. So, enough with the fizzy stuff, pint o' bitter, bread roll for dippin'.
Motueka and Cascade hops work beautifully together in this hazy pale ale brewed especially for cask, infusing the beer with zingy lemon-lime citrus, tropical fruit and lightly floral notes. Extra Pale Maris Otter provides a solid malt foundation along with ample helpings of oats and wheat for a soft, rounded mouthfeel. Crisp, refreshing, perfectly balanced and deliciously drinkable. Vegan friendly.
A golden ale available exclusively in cask, Ghyll is our nod to the great British Session Ale. It drinks easy with some pleasant intrigue from Amarillo hops. Ghyll keeps us grounded and reminds us that sometimes less is more.
Tart, fruity and pink, our kettle sour is brewed with 200 kilos of freshly pressed, new season, forced Yorkshire rhubarb and dried hibiscus flowers for colour and added complexity. A beer worthy of this fantastic regional produce.
Working with collaborative coffee legends Pennington’s, we’ve brewed up a luxuriously dark stout with a delicate addition of their house espresso beans arriving on a smooth, milky lactose base to deliver a shot of pure comfort in a glass. Contains lactose.
A super refreshing, tartly sour, effervescent countryside beer that tastes of rhubarb. Made with Yorkshire forced rhubarb from E. Oldroyd & Sons over in the rhubarb triangle.
The latest riff on our Oats &....series see us showcasing a huge ol' charge of Galaxy hops in the whirlpool and at dry hop. Expect passion fruit and grapefruit on the nose and a deep punchbowl-like palate supported by a silk, oaty base, while a slightly dry finish gives some refreshing bitterness. Gluten free.
Low in strength, big in flavour. Our Table Beer is designed without compromise, to showcase big hop flavours / aromas, and a full bodied, easy drinking pale beer, without the need for higher alcohols. Well balanced, super tasty, and super sessionable.
A delicious IPA made by the women of Fell for International Women's Day 2025.
A smooth, nitrogenated Irish stout - light chocolate background notes, a low bitterness and a gentle balance of hops.
This is our "if in doubt" beer. Hazy, fruity and balanced, hopped with Ekuanot, Citra and Centennial. Big dry hop and whirlpool additions, gentle bitterness, just an elegant, super easy-drinking hoppy session beer.
Unfiltered and unfined in the classic Bavarian style, this is lager as it should be. It's smooth and moreish with all the complexity that comes with many weeks of cold maturation. A cold one of these on a Friday evening always keeps us coming back for more.
Sour cherries, wild cider and fresh Braeburn juice. What’s not to like?! This tangy and fruity beast was blended and packaged without a name. Loved the flavour and the battle between sharpness and fruity sweetness, but just couldn’t think of a name.
A medium perry made from Herefordshire pears.
A sparkling medium-dry cider made from 100% wild-fermented Kentish Discovery apple juice. With floral, red apple and rose aromas. Fresh and zingy on the palate witha clean finish. Go wild!
