Collaboration with Women In Beer. Vegan friendly.

A sensational single variety Dabinett from the cool, rainy 2023 season. The vintage is a more mellow, tropical take on Dabinett than hotter years. The cider is soft and juicy, with gentle flavour and a very drinkable quality. Still recognisably Dabinett with good tannic structure, but more like apricot than bitter orange fruit character. Delicious!

This single variety cider was spontaneously fermented before being transferred to a 300L Bordeaux barrel made from American oak where we introduced our house culture. It was aged for 9 months before packaging with sugar and champagne yeast. Yarlington Mill brings richness and dried fruits against a background of structured, vinous tannins and subtle vanilla from the barrel. It finishes with honey dryness and a hint of funky caramel.

This fruity cider combines bittersweet cider apples with their third cousin in the pomme family, the quince. The unique tart astringency of the quince is balanced here by the natural fruity sweetness of our classic keeved cider.
