
A full on blonde cask ale, zesty and aromatic brewed with malted barley, a little wheat, with Amarillo and Citra hop supported by Centennial giving grapefruit, lemon and pine resinous notes that allows the beer to be perfect easy-drinking for any occasion.

A traditional style of ale typical of the East of Scotland. A superb classic with a deep copper hue and light bronze creamy foam. 80/- is brewed using Belhaven yeast and allowed to ferment at a slightly higher temperature. This delivers satisfying malt flavours and layers of soft fruit with a toffee finish.

A passionfruit pale ale. Clean and crisp on the palate, giving way to that familiar Mosaic flavour blended with passion fruit leading the drinker on a thirst quenching journey of tropical fruit and floral notes. Vegan friendly.

Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes.
