Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

This sessionable lager is made with only the finest German malt and hops in accordance with the 1516 German purity law. Weyerman special malts and a Germanic water profile create an easy drinking lager with beautiful combination of sweetness and bitterness. Mittel Lager is also highly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh to provide a delicate aroma and hints of lemon.

Our flagship session IPA is a crisp, bright, west coast style session. All of that grapefruit peel, lemon and lime on the nose. Tropical and citrus fruits dominate, with hints of pine and a touch blueberry, balanced by its complex malt base and a solid carbonation. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

We have expertly blended our crisp Somerset Cider and tangy rhubarb to make this taste sensation. Sweet and full of rhubarb flavour with a tart edge to it.

Victorian Imperial Porter - First brewed over 22 years ago by Dave. Often replicated but never improved or bettered, brewed originally from a porter recipe dating from Circa 1872, this porter is the definition of flavour and body.
