
This beer is based upon our mild which has been traditionally brewed using a wide range of malt to provide a rich and complex base. We have then infused rich chocolate flavours and creamy tropical coconut. Just like drinking a bounty.

This dark ebony beer is based on an 1899 recipe, with roasted and dark fruit aromas leading to a smooth, satisfying flavour, then yet more dark fruit notes emerging. Hops: Bramling Cross, Challenger, Fuggles, Goldings and Pilgrim.

Using the fresh pressed juice from apples picked locally, our master cider makers ferment with champagne yeast and mature the cider for up to 6 months, before cold-filtering to create a 5% medium dry cider that’s full of flavour and character. Never from concentrate, never pasteurised.

This gorgeous coloured cider is one of the most popular and different sweet ciders you can get - medium tangy rhubarb blended with a gentle vanilla sweetness. Like a liquid version of rhubarb crumble and ice cream.

Our chimp has turned 18 years old, and in doing so we have named him Cooper! A traditional best bitter with a smooth creamy head. Aroma of mellow chocolate and caramel.

A pale ale with Citra and Bru-1 hops. Bold aromas of pineapple and stone fruit with a soft spice are complimented by a tropical fruit and citrus bitterness.

A punchy strong IPA based on our award-winning Infinity IPA, brewed with British pale and wheat malts. The flavour is amplified by dry hopping with masses of Citra hops, to give a soft bitterness.
