A pale ale forged from the finest Maris Otter malt and a special blend of American hops. The nose is of fresh citrus and berry fruits with a smooth juicy malt character and deceptively moreish finish that belies its strength.

Our most ambitious beer to date! This is based on a traditional Gose recipe but taken to imperial levels. Not only have we ramped up the percentage, but it has a crazy and complex flavour profile. This beer is brewed with Yuzu for a fresh citrus zing, coriander to add a complex spice, pink Himalayan salt, wakame seaweed for an umami finish and squid ink to darken the colour of the beer.
This is an imperial brown ale with a die hard following and deservedly so; aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon casks for 6 months then re-fermented with Grade A maple syrup. This is liquid gold; rich, sticky, Bourbony. Irresistible. Vegan friendly.
Our super-sessionable pale. A soft hazy with Vermont yeast. Showcasing Amarillo and Simcoe hops for tangerine, citrus and grapefruit tones.
This pastry sour delivers exactly as the name suggests. Based on a combination of a classic Bellini cocktail and a peach cobbler Aura is our very own beer interpretation of two of our favourite things! Peach is clearly evident on the nose and taste from the addition of peach purée. For further sharpness we have added a hint of lime purée. Finally we included a touch of vanilla for sweetness to balance nicely against the sour flavours.

Hoppy Cold IPA fermented with our house lager yeast, Single hopped with Citra and Citra Spectrum. It has a dry, fluffy and spritzy body, with a strong tropical hop profile.
Our tribute to the beloved hops of New England, in particular the unique US variety Citra. No other hop comes close to the intense mango and orange citrus notes that Citra delivers. We back it up with a touch of Mosaic for its deep tropical and berry notes, and Columbus, which delivers just a touch of dank pine and black pepper to add another dimension to this flavoursome but easy-drinking hazy pale.
A rustic country style lager, with German pilsner malt and locally grown spelt. Finished with a large dose of Hallertau Blanc and Astra hops, for a peachy white wine finish.
Light gold in colour, Lukas is a crisp Bavarian-style Helles. Traditionally lagered and brewed with all Bavarian ingredients, the resulting beer is the very definition of elegant simplicity and finesse.
Murmuration blends two cider styles together for the perfect balance of flavour and structure. Bringing fragrance and fruit, we have low-tannin Jonagold, fermented with a trilogy of aromatic wine yeasts. To this, we have paired our classic Somerset keeved cider to bring natural sweetness, robust bittersweet tannins and a wild yeast finish.
A hop forward cask pale ale dry hopped with a combination of Citra, Comet and Mosaic. Lovely full aromas and flavours of grapefruit, pineapple and stone fruits but still a very sessionable pint with a pleasing bitter finish.
Crisp, clean pale ale with a soft mouthfeel and citrus hop aroma and flavour.
DDH pale ale with sweet fruits, raspberry, cherry, citrus, peach and passion fruit notes. Hopped with Galaxy, Galaxy Spectrum and HBC 630. Collaboration with Dukes, Halifax.
