A recipe that marries two distinct styles: Italian Pilsner and cask pale ale. The result is a clean, crisp, dry and refreshing pale ale that has a noticeable herbal hop character from the UK-grown Hersbrucker hops. We achieved this by taking our base Helles recipe, swapped in Golden Promise malt and hopped it heavily with the wonderfully herbal and woodsy Hersbrucker. We then fermented it with Verdant IPA yeast and dry hopped it at the tail end of fermentation. Collaboration with Birrificio Italiano. Vegan friendly.
