A fruited release of our It's Life, Jim mixed fermentation barleywine. The wort underwent a 26hr boil to create deep, caramelised sweet wort, even though it is made with 100% pale malt. It was aged in the same whisky butt with our mixed culture, and we added fresh local Suffolk raspberries from a farm a few miles from the brewery directly into the barrel to result in this jammy, roasty, sweet yet sour delight.
