It is unfined, so naturally hazy. A moreish bitterness is complimented by tropical fruit tastiness.

A low alcohol mixed culture Sicilian lemonade sour. Conditioned on Sicilian lemons and a small quantity of mandarin oranges and pink grapefruit. Fresh, zingy summer day drinking.
Starting with a light grist built with lots of soft wheat, we steeped chamomile flowers into cooling wort. Kveik yeast works its magic and feathers the edges and fluffs an already soft haze. A gentle dose of Alphonso Mango elevates with its sweet and rounded character and a dusting of Sabro hops finish the beer with herbaceous and coconut notes.
