Our take on the American Pale Ale. Centennial and Mosaic cosying up to each other in a rich malty body.
Still brewed using a complex yeast strain, Brew XI is characterised by hop notes giving way to buttery toffee, which washes over a basket of red and green apples, bananas and plums. A rounded crystal malt tones the rapid onset but not persistent bitterness. Warm and slightly astringent with a hint of cracked vanilla pods.
Roaring Meg is our flagship brew – a surprisingly smooth, classic IPA style beer. The sweet citrus and honey aroma give way to a dry aftertaste that beer lovers can't help falling for.
A refreshing chestnut brown beer with a complex flavour of light hops giving way to a bittersweet blend of roasted malt. Suggestions of chocolate and coffee undertones.
A well rounded premium bitter, amber in colour, clean in taste leading to a pleasant dry finish.
A straw coloured quaffing beer, with an impressive bold citrus hop aroma, fruity balanced sweetness and a lingering refreshing after-taste.
A medium scrumpy made with unfiltered bittersweet apple, full of character with a rich appley flavour.
Smooth and sophisticated mango cider made with an ample portion of mango juice and Somerset cider.
Still medium sweet perry oozing with subtle flavours and with cult status among many of it's devotees.
British pale and wheat malts loaded with powerful Citra hops and brewed to 5.6 %, then massively dry hopped again with Citra to give huge punch and aroma, a definite plus one.
