This ale proved so popular that we decided to keep it as a regular. Light blonde but highly hopped with Summit and Citra hops.
A Scottish Heavy using traditional old Edinburgh yeast alongside a big malt bill with classic English hops. Full bodied with balanced warm roasted flavours leading to notes of sweet caramel, toffee and dried fruit.
This is our take on the classic Pilsner style, combining noble Saaz hops with genuine Pilsner malt. Best served chilled, simple clean refreshment but with bags more flavour than mainstream lagers. Perfect tapps aff beer!
Our take on a British IPA style brewed with only UK grown hops. Refreshing with a good balance of malt with plenty of hops flavours.
Light in colour, packed with hoppy aromas and a surprising biscuit malt character that leaves you refreshed and wanting more.
The mighty golden cyclops! Light floral and citrus aromas, with hints of resin and lime. Cut wood, pithy, subtle biscuit, and an aggressive bitterness. Resin adds depth to the light, dry mouthfeel. Hops: Herkules and Centennial.
A full bodied, full flavoured auburn coloured classic heavy that was originally brewed for the world famous Athletic Arms (Diggers) in Edinburgh. It is easy drinking with aromas of malt, light hops and fruit to compliment it's smooth and creamy texture.
As ever with Nomad, we've put together different hops that have almost certainly never been used in a cask ale before. For this batch, the hops are Huell Melon and Mandarina Bavaria. These hops were part of a wave of experimentation by German hop growers to create new styles away from the noble hops they're best known for. Related to Cascade, both hops were released at the same time in 2012. Both are known as fruity and citric, perfect for cask pale ale. To this end expect gooseberry, melon, orange and tangerine notes, along with a quenching bitterness. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A moreish Scottish ale with a subtle touch of smokiness.
An IPA conditioned twice for extra body and flavour. Three types of New Zealand hops were used in the dry hop stages to showcase the true citrus and fruity tones. Hops: Magnum, Nelson Sauvin, Archer, Nectaron and Riwaka.
A single hop pale using Harlequin which is an intense hop that boasts big fruit flavours such as passion fruit, peach, and pineapple.
