This is a modern pale ale brewed with exclusively British ingredients. Using experimental varieties like Olicana, Godiva, Mystic, and Harlequin the punchy aroma of an American pale is achieved with a unique twist. Aromas of stone fruit, citrus, pine, blackcurrant and orange. Medium body, fruity flavour balanced by biscuity Maris Otter pale malts, and a balanced bitter finish.

Our stout has the perfect balance between hops and roasty bitterness along with some sweetness coming through. Chocolate and coffee notes, and a moderate mouthfeel balance the hop and roasty characteristic. Truly a traditional stout for any time of year.

This is a light bronze coloured ale, full of Golding Hops, which gives it a flower/fruity aromatic finish. The ale is brewed due to the head brewer's love of shooting and his dogs that frequent the office, who are Taff and Tarka!
