Malted biscuity, easy drinking, made with all-British malt and hops. We've brewed a bitter that is distinctively different, visually appealing and with an exceptionally well-balanced flavour. It uses a careful blend of five grains including Maris Otter (the finest British base malt) with complexity and body added by Caramalt. Classic Fuggles hops are supplemented by aromatic Bramling Cross hops.

A new British hop developed by hop merchants Charles Faram of Malvern that brings New World-style tropical intensity of flavours. Fruit flavours and aromas, including mango, grapefruit and passionfruit. Complex bitterness with citrus and tropical fruit. The ninth in our occasional series of varietal beers designed to showcase the hop characteristics. Collaboration with our Scottish sister business Steel Coulson Tap.

Our flagship beer; a classic best bitter to suit the Bristol palate. Based on a Sixties recipe using all-British malt and hops. It is temptingly copper in colour with a malty aroma and is notably well balanced with malt and biscuity tones, polished off by a satisfyingly bitter finish.

Anglo-American IPA with mango aroma and flavour with grapefruit and multi-layered tropical fruits, amber gold colour in colour, naturally hazy. A powerhouse of a beer with masses of flavour. Using rich American Cascade, Chinook hops and dry-hopped with Centennial.

Bristol Blonde - 3.8%

Citrus aroma full of fresh lemons and spicy zest. The mouth is filled with vanilla malt and left with a long and satisfying bitter finish. An easy-drinking "session beer" with a character, refreshing at any time of year.

Brewed with 100% American Crystal hops for a richer, fuller flavour. Proper lagering results in a wonderfully well-balanced taste that is finely carbonated. We probably spent more time on this recipe than any other to get it right; a craft lager we are very proud of.
