Notorious pays homage to the original US 'C' hops: 4 revolutionary - now classic - hops that helped the UK fall in love with citrusy, hoppy pale ales in those heady early days of the Craft Beer Revolution. Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Centennial combine to make a legend of a pint: citrus, sherbet, black pepper, floral, tropical and piney flavours make this an epic pour. A king of sessions, this will have you coming back for more.
Chocolate flows through to smooth coffee in our deep red malty warming porter.
A full-flavoured golden pale ale with a powerful punch of US and NZ hops!
The green dream of super juicy and resinous hops Columbus, Mosaic, Simcoe and Idaho 7 uniting in a super smashable pale ale. This recipe is no longer gluten free.
A beautiful copper-coloured beer, late and dry-hopped with Fuggles for a distinctive, lingering hoppiness. Brewed with the finest East Anglian Pale Ale malt barley, sourced locally to the brewery. We use Fuggles hops which we add late in the boil to preserve the herbal flavours of this traditional English hop. We add more Fuggles to each cask so that the flavour of the hops infuses into the beer.
Our signature pale ale balances soft malt flavours with subtle spice from Bohemian Saaz hops.
This sweet tooth of a porter is bursting with maple and burnt sugar notes. Collaboration with Werewolf Beer.
A delicate golden ale with a gentle sweetness and hints of fruity aromas. Gluten free.
Pale brown in colour, fully balanced with a malty flavour and distinctive hop character, makes for an easy drinking session beer.
A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.
A complex, layered cider blend of Bisquet, Ashton Bitter, Reinette d’Obry and Sweet Coppin. Each different apple brings a unique flavour to this gentle and light cider that’s very easy to drink in the summer. Ashton Bitter is unique as an apple which builds huge tannin, however, you have to blend it out as it is such a strong apple, so the light flavours of Bisquet (soft bittersweet) and Sweet Coppin (gentle sweet) help lengthen the flavour, with Reinette d’Obry an important addition of some juicy, citrus acidity to keep the cider in balance.
Dabinett is an exceptional apple from our farms own heritage orchard. This cider was pressed in 2020 and aged in stainless steel which allows the subtle soft tannins to be appreciated. Still and dry with minimal acidity and plenty of astringencies.
