A fruity one hop wonder. Brewed with pale ale malt, some Lager malt and a touch of light Cara. This single hop beer is made with Mosaic hops at each of the four stages of the brew process. This imparts bold hop characteristics, including peach, mango, lemon and pine flavours and aromas.
A cold IPA. A super-hopped, hybrid style IPA with a crisp, clean and dry finish.
A staple of the Kelham Island range, and with good reason as it pours pure gold and is beautifully balanced with notes of citrus, peach and passion fruit.
A light and fresh American Pale Ale that is both floral and citrusy with a hint of grapefruit.
A traditional stout with modern US and NZ hops for extra aroma and flavour.
A beautiful copper-coloured beer, late and dry-hopped with Fuggles for a distinctive, lingering hoppiness. Brewed with the finest East Anglian Pale Ale malt barley, sourced locally to the brewery. We use Fuggles hops which we add late in the boil to preserve the herbal flavours of this traditional English hop. We add more Fuggles to each cask so that the flavour of the hops infuses into the beer.
A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
