This stout has a blend of pale chocolate malt, Carafa Special 2, a mix of different colours of crystal malt with a hint of oats and chit malt. We've also used all British Challenger hops. Unfined and vegan.

A super hazy NEIPA-style cask ale. A grist of pale, oat and wheat malts results in a straw-coloured beer that is served hazy and vegan friendly. Bitterness is low, but generous dry-hopping with Sabro and Ekuanot after fermentation creates intense aromas of pine, citrus fruits and coconut. Collaboration with our sister brewery, SALT.
