Unhurried processing on the farm encompasses plenty of time for maturation, coaxing more layers of complexity from the cider, which gives a greater depth of flavour and beautiful balance. A smooth, well-balanced porter with subtly smokey undertones, formed through a rich blend of six different malts. Some believe Viking DNA's title is a nod to the Brewery's heritage, with York's world renowned Jorvik centre being built within the very walls of the brewery. Others say it draws from the Viking derived,rugged good looks of the Brew York brewers. We'll let you be the judge!

A stout with a rich treacle aroma layered on top of 7 malts for a roasted grain background and treacle/molasses taste with medium body. Very quaffable for these colder months. This is one of our only flavoured stouts that doesn't contain lactose so is vegan friendly!
