Double dry hopped petite sour. A super refreshing spritzy genre-busting low strength ale. Not short on hops, this comes with plenty of lovely Nelson Sauvin and Motueka during the brew. Then we added loads of Nectaron post boil, followed by a good dry hopping of more Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Nectaron over a period of a week or so. It’s a bit sour (we used Philly Sour yeast) – but just enough to tingle. In the end it’s a lemony citrusy tangy, sherbet-y thirst quencher that defies easy categorisation.

Tnitially blended for the Evening Star pub in Brighton, they were after a strong, dry cider with all the wonderful wild qualities that we had become known for. Blending our strong wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.

The orchard apples are a mix of Herefordshires finest. We have used a blend of real cider apples, bitter sharps and bitter sweets to which are added some desert varieties to make a zesty medium dry and very refreshing cider.
