The latest incarnation of our Moon series of stouts is a decadent coffee and vanilla latte - but without the lactose. 15kg of coffee was infused with a cold brew technique to get all the coffee flavours and aromas without the bitterness. Vanilla balances everything out before losing yourself in the glorious bitter finish provided by the Huell Melon hops we added late in the boil. We love it. Vegan friendly.
