We’ve paired Nectaron with the timeless US classic, Simcoe in this pale ale. Pupa is built to sit between East and West Coast styles of American IPA. Both aroma and flavour swell with a deep hit of light citrus and ripe tropical fruits. Oats create a full yet smooth mouthfeel and the fruity yeast strain lends a soft stone fruit flavour to the finish.
For this brew we used Chit malt, which is an under modified malt, designed by Germans. It's joined by a hop line-up consisting of Mandarina, Hallertau Blanc and Amarillo. Expect orange and mandarin citrus flavours and light tropical notes that will have you puckering up over and over again.

Saturated in Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7, this IPA is brimming with fruit bubblegum flavours of mango, orange peel, pineapple and ripe flat peaches.
It's no secret that we love Mosaic, and it's a bit mad that we've not done a single-hop IPA with it. So here it is, in all its invitingly golden glory. We've hopped it thrice cold side for maximum fruit stank and buffered this against a touch more malt depth than usual and a higher oat percentage to boot! Big, and stinky mouth of Mosaic.
