
Pale copper, lightly hopped, easy drinking session beer.

With artwork inspired by a giant Mexican cactus we just had to go with a hop from the Neomexicanus subspecies! This tasty pale ale showcases Sabro, joined by spicy, grapefruity Chinook. Gluten free.

Dark Porter with hints of roasted coffee and a creamy malt finish. Brewed using the highest quality Pale Ale, Maris Otter, Chocolate, Crystal and Roasted Malts and hopped with a blend of English Northdown and Goldings whole hops.

A golden-amber ale with floral and hoppy flavour with earthy undertone. Slovenian hops Aurora and Bobek bring floral notes to a well balanced and refined finish.

A trio of pale malts pair with a trio of classic bittering and aroma hops - the result is a brilliantly balanced sessionable pale ale.

A cider that is classic in appearance, taste and strength. It is copper coloured, rounded, almost velvety in texture and is full of flavour.

This is the very first cider I produced. Giving you the dry refreshing taste and velvety tones of cider made in the traditional way, best served icecold, after a hard days work or on one of those longingly wanted hot summer days.

A single-orchard cider pressed from a blend of the best Redstreak and Dabinett apples grown at our Knowle St Giles Orchard located five minutes away from the farm (by tractor). The result is a young and fruity sweet cider.

Farmhouse cider made with vintage quality Somerset Cider apples, matured for 2 years before being tapped.

New World IPA hopped with Mosaic and Citra, delivering a bright, refreshing hit of citrus and tropical fruit. Brewed in honour of the 60,000 troops who trained at Tatton Park prior to the D-Day landings. Their story is not well publicised but their efforts are a credit to the Nation.

This is Purbeck's strongest cider to date - with its well-balanced flavour, it is cloudy and still, like all great traditional farmhouse ciders.
