A session pale ale built on an increased malt platform: 70% Maris Otter with a Vienna, Caragold and Light Munich flex. Falconer's Flight combines 7 West Coast hops for a fresh floral, grapefruit, and pine blend, with Crystal hop amplifying the pine resin depth.

True to its name, this medium sweet cider has in origins in orchards below Glastonbury Tor. Easy on the palate, this is a true session cider with light effervescence and lemony tones.

Wild and untamed. This sessionable hazy pale leads with a resinous charge of Chinook on the hot side for a clean, citrusy foundation. We've rounded it out with a heavy cold-side hit of Chinook and Simcoe, galloping through notes of grapefruit zest, fresh pine, and tropical passionfruit. Crisp, dry and built for the long haul. Vegan friendly.

A full strength Extra Special Bitter. Designed to a be a modern classic, brewed with Maris Otter on a backbone of crystal malt, with a pinch of roasted barley, giving it a deep ruby tone. Kentish Bramling Cross hops were chosen for balanced bitterness, offering floral and blackcurrant notes. Combined, these produce a wonderfully harmonious beer, with a lingering and satisfying bitterness. Floral and blackcurrant hop notes. Bready, toffee, toasty malt characters. Complex, satisfying bitterness.

This is our spin on a rye ale. Alongside a ‘mono’ rye malt, we have used a portion of John Letts mixed population un-malted rye which adds another flavour dimension to the beer. Expect notes of black pepper and an earthiness from the grains. Heritage hops of the Bullion and Ernest varieties give citrus fruit zest and dark fruits with a rustic edge.
