A light chestnut session bitter. As far as flavour goes, it tends rather more towards the malt than the hops, though there is a pleasing hop taste right at the finish. The aroma is light and pleasant.
A modern take on a classic bitter, Slave to the Money has a complex and measured malt base and generous additions of Kentish Bramling Cross hops giving notes of blackberries, currants and all the best parts of a really great fruit cake.
This beer packs a huge amount of flavour into a very low ABV. Huge dry hopping lends great piney and citrus hoppy notes. This is a very sessionable beer.
A pale ale with spicy, grassy aromas and a taste of grapefruit and apricot. Undercurrent is part pale, part oats and part caramel barley. Her swirls of bold, bready and nutty malt whirl into a concoction of spicy, citrus, floral hops. Mystery lurks in those cascade and palisade hops.
A classic Belgian style Wit, brewed with honey which we originally sourced from a bee-keeping friend who lives appropriately in 'Honey Hill'. Subtle hints of honey and clove.
A session IPA, brewed with a malt backbone of Maris Otter Pale Malt, hopped with Summit, Centennial and Amarillo. The beer is then dry hopped with Amarillo for extra hop character.
Our pale ale, made with northern and southern hemisphere hops. Created with a passion for flavour and a lust for hops - this is a frisky, fragrant pale ale. Whilst consistency is (rightly) the benchmark of most beers, we’ve gone Wild and thrown away the rulebook on this one.
Madagascan vanilla, creme brulee coffee and yep copious amounts of blow torched brown sugar was harmed in the making of this beer - but boy it’s worth it!! We brewed this beer with our lovely friends from Small Bar, Bristol for their 5th Birthday Party.
A lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma and flavor – a smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The use of caramel malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and our special blend of hops provides bright quenching finish.

Golden in colour with a delicate fruity aroma and hints of ripe apricots. It’s very clean, refreshingly bitter and easy drinking, but with more body than is usually expected from a 4.0% beer.
Brewed with the inclusion of sweet potatoes in the grain bill, Head brewer Riina was inspired by a period of home baking, in particular the dessert pies of the Southern United States. Plenty of sweet potatoes in the bourbonesque malt body of this full flavoured brown ale.
Sometimes a drink can make you feel so decadent it's like you're a millionaire; this beer wraps you in a velvety cocoon, dresses you in a smart suit and takes you out for a special night on the tiles. Sweet and salty collide in this rich, balanced and smooth dessert stout. Lactose, caramel and high quality Valrhona cocoa nibs provide a chocolate and caramel backbone alongside the roasty malts whilst the Cornish Sea Salts gives a savoury salty kick, raising this beautiful beer above the norm.
A traditional brown ale with a modern New Bristol twist. Like its namesake treat, French Toast Brown Ale evokes notes of custardy bread, cinnamon and maple syrup. Maris Otter Pale, Brown Malt, Crystal, Oats, wheat, chocolate malt and brown sugar lay down the classic backbone, with cinnamon quills, Madagascan vanilla pods and maple syrup added for that extra oohlala!
Baileys in a stout and it’s proper yum!! Brewed with all the malts, burnt brown sugar and lactose. Toasted chocolate notes are complimented by copious amounts of East Kent Goldings hops. It’s finished off with that special ingredient - Irish Cream Liqueur. An incredibly well balanced, ultra smooth milk stout.
We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply get it down ya neck. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA.
