Scottish Laureate spring barley gives a rich and fragrant maltiness to this SMaSH (Single Malt & Single Hop) ale, while Boadicea – a variety of British hedgerow hops - provides a delicate orchard blossom aroma, along with floral and spice notes. Generous amounts of Boadicea were added late in the brewing process for extra aroma. Subtle bread and fruit yeast esters compliment both the malt and the hops, while leaving a clean, slightly sweet finish. Vegan friendly.
Pale premium beer balancing hints of sweetness and bitterness with full hop aroma. Pleasant grapefruit traces may be detected.
