This is a Green hop beer which will only be available for a few weeks every autumn. Only Pilgrim hops grown at a local farm are used, and to capture as much of the essentials oils in the hops as possible, they are used in the brew within a few hours of picking. The result is an intense flavour experience that should not be missed! Zesty pale ale with pronounced grapefruit and bechegual honey nuts

A mellow, easy drinking ale brewed with a little crystal malt and a lot of Goldings hops. Nothing flash, just a very decent malty body and a balancing hop flavour.
