A blend of handpicked traditional cider apples and dessert/culinary apples, fermented to dry, then back-sweetened with apple juice we pressed.

This cider won us our first award back in 2014. A soft and sweet cider with just enough bite to cleanse the palate. Needs to be respected as it can soon catch you out on a hot day.

An exceptionally fruity blend of Dabinett and Browns apples (80/20 ratio). Luscious, easy-drinking, refreshing and perfectly balanced. The 2023 vintage gave us smooth and light bodied Dabinett that matches up perfectly with a small infusion of co-fermented Browns apples that provide fruity acidity. A muted aroma leads into a cider that zips across the palate with freshness and verve, bringing joy to the mouth.
