A crisp and refreshing pale ale hopped with Mosaic, El Dorado and Citra. Vegan friendly.

A well bodied, smooth and easy drinking stout with notes of coffee, burnt toast and robust roasted aromas; all nicely balanced against a prominent but not overpowering malty backbone. Gluten free.

This is our most adventurous cider: it's the product of a round-the-world adventure to find the cleanest, crispest and smoothest cider making techniques. Inspired by ciders made in the USA, this medium sweet cider uses old fashioned eating apple varieties such as Cox and Russet to create a lighter, fruitier style of cider.

Awaiting tasting notes from brewery.

A 2020 blend of Dabinett and Bisquet, fermented in oak casks, matured as a vintage cider for five years. The result is a smooth and rich cider that shows the benefit of that time. The tannins are soft, the flavour deep, the barrel singing in harmony with the apples. This is a gloriously drinkable dry cider with gentle intensity and a complex character.

Third place at the 2019 International cider competition the judges comments were 'Floral and fruity nose, followed by a sharp freshness, mellowed by gentle, chewy tannins and light sweetness'. Golden in colour with a slight natural haze and just the right balance between sweetness and acidity. All our ciders are sulphite free and vegan friendly.

A traditional, unsweetened single-varietal still cider. Somerset Redstreak is a tannic, bittersweet cider apple that has made a crisp, dry cider with enjoyable apple flavours and a mildly peppery finish. We hand-harvested the apples in the autumn of 2024, from our unsprayed orchard near Bridport in West Dorset.

An exceptionally fruity blend of Dabinett and Browns apples (80/20 ratio). Luscious, easy-drinking, refreshing and perfectly balanced. The 2023 vintage gave us smooth and light bodied Dabinett that matches up perfectly with a small infusion of co-fermented Browns apples that provide fruity acidity. A muted aroma leads into a cider that zips across the palate with freshness and verve, bringing joy to the mouth.

This hazy session IPA hosts our house pale base, our favourite fruity IPA yeast and a delightful duo of American hops. All combining to give flavours and aromas of coconut, stone fruit and citrus. Hops: Simcoe and Talus.
