A brand new super pale session brewed with Cascade, Amarillo and Centennial with a generous dry hopping of Nelson hops for good measure. The results are zesty fresh lemons and a waft of sourdough on the nose with mouthfuls of lemon meringue and refreshing citrus hits on the palate. Served with a slight haze and left unfined and unfiltered (vegan friendly).
This single hopped pale ale, with delightful fruity notes, is unrefined and is goes down EXTREMELY well from start to finish!
A stout made with 5 different grains - Maris Otter, Flaked Oats, Roast Barley, Chocolate Malt and Flaked Barley. Big chocolatey smooth oaty flavours and very moreish.
Refreshing pale ale made with Centennial, Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Citra hops.
A good session beer. Smooth and creamy with a distinctive hoppy aftertaste.
A thick, citrusy, incredibly light sour beguiling it's 10% ABV; a slight bitterness balancing out this incredibly rounded, yet exhilarating beer. Why Quokka? well all you need to do is glance at their small, round, permanently smiling faces to understand why we wanted to put them on a badge! They're also weirdly shaped like a quince so it seemed the perfect match.
We backed up a Tonka truck full of Tonka beans for our latest release. Opiliones is a full bodied malty and chocolatey stout infused with fresh Brazilian Tonka beans, Peruvian cacao nibs and vanilla. This fragrant and slightly spicy bean adds an unusual yet intriguing, perfumed aroma, backed up by an expected chocolate ice cream flavour derived from the malt, nibs and vanilla - and we used a relatively simple grist comprising of 5 different malts to enable the adjuncts to sing and dance.
Perfect for longer and brighter drinking days comes a sessionable New England IPA. Tropical citrus notes of pineapple, mango and coconut hit you courtesy of Bru-1, Azacca and Sabro hops delivering soft, sweet and fruity hazy action.
Bursting with passion fruit aromas, this hazy pale is fruity and crushable. Dextrin malt provides a lingering sweetness and full body without being too heavy, perfect for summer drinking and all year round!
American in style and multi-national in hop content (mostly US with a touch of NZ)! Lightly caramelized malts provide the central core, but the American Cascade is the main attraction bringing bold grapefruit and floral aromas to the beer, which finishes with a clean, refreshing bitterness.
This beer has all you'd expect from a hazy New England style DIPA: citrus and tropical stone fruit notes and low bitterness. But whilst this beer is busting full of the classic combination of New England hops, craft beer need not be an echo chamber. Brewed at Drop Project Brewing.
Light and refreshing with a subtle bitterness, our German lager is as intoxicating as a siren's song.
Golden medium cider with a refreshing apple aroma. Smooth balanced flavour that has a fresh, crisp sharpness.
A new cider in our range, fruity, apply aroma, well balanced finish. A light and very easy to drink medium cider.
