Our hop forward super pale ale. We use the finest and freshest American hops, Chinook, and Mosaic added, later in the boil, and a whirlpool for maximum punch. Drinkers are greeted with a citrusy and fruity hop profile balanced on top of a lip-smacking bitterness that climbs out of the glass and begs you to drink another. Previously known as Literate. We’ve used a smidgen of US Simcoe and a ton of New Zealand Nectaron in our ultra pale grist. There's a touch of pine and citrus, which opens up to massive tropical passion fruit and pineapple aromas. Very very drinkable pale ale.

Using Odin as a base, we've stepped it up by heavily dry hopping it in the FV with Amarillo and Citra pellets (the same hops we use in the boil) to super enhance what you already love about about the beer.
