Hermit Crab of Hope has a high hop-content for a session, with large doses of Simcoe and Ekuanot in the boil and the fermenters. Ultra pale Thai-PA brewed with coconut chips, lemongrass and lime zest. We've double dry hopped with Citra and Motueka hops and brewed with 20% wheat malt to create the perfect cloudiness. Coconut, lemongrass and zest on the pallet and nose and bursting with complex tropical flavours.
Our take on a classic style Belgian Witbier brewed with Pilsner, wheat and oats for a soft and slightly hazy beer. Fermented with wit yeast and spiced with coriander, orange peel and chamomile flowers.

Using Odin as a base, we’ve stepped it up by heavily dry hopping it in the FV with Amarillo and Citra pellets (the same hops we use in the boil) to super enhance what you already love about about the beer. Try them side by side to see the difference made by dry hopping and lower filtration. This one is hazy, the Odin is bright and clear.
