A West Coast Pale Ale that uses an abundance of citrus forward hops, such as Mandarina, Amarillo and Cascade, to create flavours of orange, tangerine and grapefruit. The three different types of grain give the beer a medium bodied mouth feel which, when combined with the hops, produces a full-on bitter pale ale.
Refreshingly floral pale ale with a restrained orange-led bitterness and a light, straw-hued colour.
This one is a sturdy porter, brewed with a typically robust malt bill and balanced with Simcoe hops to create a nuanced, subtle hop character. You can expect smoky coffee aromatics, and dark fruit with a hint of liquorice on the palate, and a touch of sweetness on the malty finish.
So called because of the 5 beautiful hops used to create this smashing session IPA, it gives peach, lychee, passionfruit and grapefruit flavours.
A good session beer. Smooth and creamy with a distinctive hoppy aftertaste.
We took our original imperial pastry stout, Blacklight Breakfast, packed with blueberries and maple syrup and aged it for 9 months in dark rum barrels. The result is a rich, decadent stout with notes of molasses and liquorice. The bold flavours of the original beer have been enhanced through the barrel ageing process, with the woody and spicy notes complementing the sweetness of the original beer. Our blueberry pancake inspired beer but all grown up!
Sour IPA with white grape, rosehip, hibiscus, sea buckthorn, orange, apple, yuzu and lactose hopped with Citra and Hallertau Blanc hops.
An experimental Pale Ale, Sabro, Lemondrop and Citra hops give this beauty a lemon sherbet aroma, tropical and citrus flavours come through on the palette with a dry, Brut style finish.
A full on rich and velvety stout, with prominent popcorn flavours. Desert in a glass!
Meet our sweetest beer, a perfectly balanced pale ale with carefully selected hops infused with the essence of honeycomb creating this extremely moreish, unique pale ale.
With the help of our Northern Quarter bar staff, we've brewed a celebration for the bar's 3rd birthday. We wanted something that reflected the bar, so we've created an accessible, fruity number that's full of character, soft, hazy and loads of Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra hops.
American pale double dry hopped with Azacca, light and hoppy with subtle apricot flavours.
Our blueberry pancake IPA, loaded with blueberry, maple and lactose then hopped with Ella and Mosaic.
Balancing rich and malty complexity with classic Weizen yeast. Expect a full on banana flavour giving a pleasant sweetness with a full body and a nutty finish from walnut essence.
Our latest release takes our love of the DIPA and blasts it back to the future with a hop combo of Talus Cryo and Cryo Pop. Talus showcases a blend of zesty tropical citrus, piney bitterness, delicate aromas of rose petals and aromatic woody notes .If that's got you thinking Great Scott!! Cryo Pop backs up with flavours of grapefruit, mango and pineapple. Big on flavour, but deceptively smooth for a DIPA.
For the fourth edition in our 2018 hop-focused series this 'contemporary IPA' is soft and juicy with low bitterness and a big, thick body. It features Amarillo, Enigma and Simcoe hops.
We brewed this incredible triple-fruited Gose with our friend Stacey at Rock Leopard Brewing. Taking inspiration from childhood summertime sodas we brewed a thick and juicy fruited sour featuring massive amounts of plum, raspberry and passion fruit. 'Spots Between the Dots' strikes the perfect balance between sweetness, salinity and sour fruit flavours.
A wheat beer with a subtle infusion of organic watermelon, this combined with a mellow strawberry and pineapple aroma from a massive late hop addition results in a truly thirst-quenching craft beer.
Using Odin as a base, we’ve stepped it up by heavily dry hopping it in the FV with Amarillo and Citra pellets (the same hops we use in the boil) to super enhance what you already love about about the beer. Try them side by side to see the difference made by dry hopping and lower filtration. This one is hazy, the Odin is bright and clear.
Light and refreshing with a subtle bitterness, our German lager is as intoxicating as a siren's song.
Seriously, this is a great natrual choice as it's made simply with pears & elderflower. No artificials - which is a great alternative in the world full of flavoured chemical cordials.
The perfect introduction to real cider. Naturally delicious session friendly cider crafted from freshly pressed apples, with no artificial sweeteners, colours or flavourings. Unfiltered with all the goodness left in and it's vegan friendly too.
