Our session ale is brewed with an all pale malt bill and then hopped with a blend of New Zealand and US hops. Our benchmark beer promises a burst of zesty aromas, uplifting grapefruit flavours and a subtle lemongrass finish.
A refreshing golden bitter brimming with character...not to mention citrus hops and fruit. Made with 100% Maris Otter malt, and brewed using a single variety hop...English Fuggles. A malty fresh vitality gives way to a full bittersweet finish...pure Gold!
Named after our new pub in York - The Market Cat. This is a smooth robust, creamy porter with a hint of coffee to finish.
Butty Bach is Welsh meaning 'little friend'. This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops.
Biscoff milk stout. A lower percentage version of its bigger sibling – Clique Fest. This still contains 6 malts, has a medium body on the palate and lactose for a creamy mouthfeel. All that combined with some mega tasty Biscoff flavouring means you can kick back and enjoy the Autumnal months with a hit to the senses.
Hazelnut Praline Coffee Porter. A complex grain bill for extra body and mouth feel, lactose providing that smoothness for a cold brew hazelnut coffee to shine through in this winter warming porter.
Amarillo is the star of the show in this IPA with a New England yeast strain chosen to make the most of the juicy notes found in this delicious hop variety. Soft and rounded with a distinct citrus character and a tropical backbone.
This particular little juice bomb is what you get when you marry two of Craft Beer's most revered hops - Simcoe and Citra - with a specialist NEIPA yeast and a silky smooth malt base. Tropical citrus, stone fruit, pine and oodles of zest. Vegan friendly.
The Cascade hops give this beer intense citrus peel flavour, which follows with a dry sour finish.
Hells is the lovechild of our two favourite German beer styles - Helles and Pilsner. Clean, crisp and dry, it's the beer we always wanted to drink and the reason we started our brewery. We hope you agree.
Like the Queen wearing dirty sneakers, it's traditionally British with a rock star twist of American hops, giving citrus and tropical fruit, a round body and a drink-me-faster bitterness.

Packed full of American hops, amplified by peach, passionfruit, pineapple and mango flavours. Previously called Clwb Tropicana.

A light fruity cider with added Strawberry juice and sharp kiwi extract.
The richness of exotic mango has been expertly blended with the juice of our homegrown Herefordshire cider apples. With a lightly balanced sweetness, this smooth and sophisticated crafty drop is an easy drinking taste of the tropics.
The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.
