Based on a classic solid Czech Pilsner style but with the late hop addition of Styrian Wolf to give the beer a subtle fruity and floral character. The beer is fermented at unusually high temperatures in a procedure known as steam brewing. This created additional fruity esters to further enhance the flavour of the beer and deliver its unique taste. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

This is a highly sessionable hop forward pale ale. A beautiful blend of hops from Australia, New Zealand and the USA combined to give strong aromas of lychee, stone fruits and resin. A beer at session strength but packed full of flavour. Hops used Topaz, Simcoe and Rakau. Vegan friendly.

This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!

Tontine is a contemporary North East milk stout brewed using both chocolate and crystal malts which gives this a distinctive black colour. The roasted aroma and flavour are complemented by a gentle sweet aftertaste obtained from natural milk sugars.
