Brewed in memory of our friend Simon Johnson, who once stated in his 'Craft Beer Manifesto' that only distilled otter's tears must be used to make craft beer!

This is the first of a pair of collaborations with Ossett, both pale ales at the same ABV, with the same malt base. There's a little Munich and Crystal malt in the mix, adding depth, sweetness and a welcoming light golden colour. The hops are Solero, a modern German variety bringing mango and passion fruit, and American Krush, delivering peach and orange.
