A smooth drinking brown ale with a hoppy aftertaste and just a hint of roasted malt.
Brewed in honour of the mascot of the now defunct Staffordshire Regiment and his handler. Colour Sergeant Watchman III, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was a regular at the Brewery tap, until his death in June 1998, but never drank on duty. Hops used are Challenger.
One of the newer style 'citrusy' beers, light and thirst-quenching with a clean hoppy palate. Hops used are Cascade and Northdown.
A pale straw coloured beer with hints of citrus and a touch of pine on the nose. Hops: Amarillo, Mosaic and Centennial. This beer takes its name from the original name of our taproom, the Burton Bridge Inn.
Our single-hop special based on our beloved Stairway to Heaven. We’re letting the hops do the talking, this time it’s Nelson Sauvin. With passion fruit, gooseberry, peach, and lime flavours abound, we’ve paired this new-world hop with our bestselling beer.
Still brewed to an original recipe using only the finest ingredients and the experience of generations. It is brewed with two strains of yeast to produce a complex nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertones, which has widespread appeal to repertoire drinkers.
A pancake pastry sour. Flavours of light and fluffy Dutch pancakes topped with sweet, juicy strawberries alongside a generous helping of rich, hazelnut chocolate spread. Sweet, seasonal and decadent. Contains lactose.
Somerset cider bursting with berry scrumptiousness. Crafted with the most sublime cherries and berries, this mouth-watering cider is sweet with a soft underlying berry flavour and bold cherry notes.
Cinnamon and ginger spiced cider. A warming, delightful blend of Russet and Bramley Cider, fresh local eating apple juice, cinnamon leaf, and root ginger.
A cloudy, fruity and authentic perry. A labour of love, it evokes a true sense of our rural surroundings.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
Produced from bittersweet cider apples blended with a true sharp cider apple, it is a light straw coloured cider with a medium dry, smooth, crisp, slightly sharp characteristic.
Our Breton style cider is smooth, velvety and oh so richly flavoursome. After the big tannic punch, it delivers a natural apple sweetness only years of craft could perfect. A wild, fruity and mature cider with a naturally rich bronze colour.
Brewed for over 30 years, this beer was one of the original cast. A classic strong ale brewed to supplement the lighter drinking session beers, it became a regular feature on the bar at the brewery tap as a 'One for the Road' beer to finish the night on. Hops used are Challenger and Target.
Sour cherries, wild cider and fresh Braeburn juice. What’s not to like?! This tangy and fruity beast was blended and packaged without a name. Loved the flavour and the battle between sharpness and fruity sweetness, but just couldn’t think of a name.
