A summer-infused session IPA lusciously fruity from the Galaxy, Azacca and Mosaic hops. Collaboration with Blue Moon.
Brewed for over 30 years, this beer was one of the original cast. A classic strong ale brewed to supplement the lighter drinking session beers, it became a regular feature on the bar at the brewery tap as a 'One for the Road' beer to finish the night on. Hops used are Challenger and Target.
A crisp and refreshing blonde beer, not too bitter with a subtle malted wheat biscuit taste. On the palate very fruity and sweet. The patron saint of Burton upon Trent, St. Modwen was a 7th century nun wo founded the Burton upon Trent abbey where it is said that beer was brewed and she produced miracles with the Burton well water.
Originally brewed as a 'something different' for a small beer festival, Porter has now become a regular beer of the brewery's portfolio. A dark fruity beer with a distinctive bitter after palate.
Golden bitter. A perfectly balanced, moreish beer. The malty and bitter start leads to a hoppy body with some astringency.
Light golden in colour, brewed with English Northdown late hops, in abundance, to give a delightful aromatic aroma, reminiscent of ales from the 1950s. A light malty taste bittered by English Progress hops to give a medium bitter well balanced beer. Massey's Golden Bitter was originally known as Gradely Bitter.

Smooth and sophisticated mango cider made with an ample portion of mango juice and Somerset cider.
Our Breton style cider is smooth, velvety and oh so richly flavoursome. After the big tannic punch, it delivers a natural apple sweetness only years of craft could perfect. A wild, fruity and mature cider with a naturally rich bronze colour.

A crisp pale ale showcasing UK hops, Harlequin brings peach and passion fruit tropical sweetness and Bullion adds lime zest and red berry with a smooth bitterness. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A pale straw coloured beer, hints of citrus and touch of pine on the nose, a very quaffable session ale.
Classic American Pale Ale. Piney and resinous with citrus notes, a bitter kick and smooth finish. Pours dark golden.
Brewed in honour of the mascot of the now defunct Staffordshire Regiment and his handler. Colour Sergeant Watchman III, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was a regular at the Brewery tap, until his death in June 1998, but never drank on duty. Hops used are Challenger.
A blockbuster blend of cherry puree and cherry concentrate creates a sweet, sour symphony that's best enjoyed chilled or ice cold in a refreshing summer slushy. Blend with Blueberry Slushy Sour for an ice blast fruit fusion of cinematic proportions. Vegan friendly.
Our Pale Ale is brewed with different hops in each batch so the flavour profile is ever changing and the ABV is usually between 5 and 5.5%. This version features Citra and Amarillo hops. Please note that the ABV varies for this beer but the recipe is the same.
A refreshing, sessionable, hazy pale ale to be shared, which shows our love for hops and the pursuit of pale perfection. With a simple malt base and hopped generously with Mosaic, Centennial and Citra it bursts forth with resinous notes of sticky mandarin, grapefruit. It finishes crisp and clean with a soft, pithy bitterness.
