Brewed for over 30 years, this beer was one of the original cast. A classic strong ale brewed to supplement the lighter drinking session beers, it became a regular feature on the bar at the brewery tap as a 'One for the Road' beer to finish the night on. Hops used are Challenger and Target.

A crisp and refreshing blonde beer, not too bitter with a subtle malted wheat biscuit taste. On the palate very fruity and sweet. The patron saint of Burton upon Trent, St. Modwen was a 7th century nun wo founded the Burton upon Trent abbey where it is said that beer was brewed and she produced miracles with the Burton well water.

A light malty taste bittered by English Progress hops to give a medium bitter well balanced beer. Massey's Golden Bitter was originally known as Gradely Bitter.

Brewed in honour of the mascot of the now defunct Staffordshire Regiment and his handler. Colour Sergeant Watchman III, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was a regular at the Brewery tap, until his death in June 1998, but never drank on duty. Hops used are Challenger.

A refreshing, sessionable, hazy pale ale to be shared, which shows our love for hops and the pursuit of pale perfection. With a simple malt base and hopped generously with Mosaic, Centennial and Citra it bursts forth with resinous notes of sticky mandarin, grapefruit. It finishes crisp and clean with a soft, pithy bitterness.
