A Best Bitter created using pale chocolate and crystal malts and a touch of wheat giving it a light copper colour. Blending English and a touch of American hops to enhance the flavour.

Red ale made from a selection of dark oats, wheat and rye give it a deep complex flavour with a dark ruby colour. Flavoured with English dwarf hops and a mixture of American and New Zealand hops.
