We've followed the strict rules of a 80/-, namely O.G-P.Gs and ABVs plus the EBUs, and after having a little tipple from the racking tank can confirm it's a rich malt forward chestnut ale, with complex flavours of sweet liquorice, caramel, and treacle, tempered with a pleasant gentle fruity/citrus hop finish.
