An Irish coffee stout. A beautifully smooth dark ale, having a lovely malty taste combined with a light touch of vanilla and coffee, whilst at the back end we have a subtle hint of whiskey just like a good chaser. Vegan friendly.
We’ve kept this one safely stashed in our recipe locker since Davy Jones was first brewed in 2014. Ten years later we think it high time that this fine, strong, amber ale is rescued from the deep to feature in our 2024 cask aged list. Dark amber in colour with a robust malt backbone and suitably bold New World hop flavours.
Refreshing, easy drinking, citrus pale ale. Formerly called Selby Pale. Vegan friendly.
A single-hop brew based on this fine variety known for its excellent bittering properties and manifestation of fresh, grassy, flavours. Dr. Rudi presents as a orange-hued pale ale that we prescribe for your refreshment and pleasure.
Our take on a German style altbier which is German for old beer. It is fermented at a moderate temperature using a top-fermenting yeast which gives its flavour some fruitiness. Because Altbier is then matured at a cooler temperature, its flavour is more akin to lager beer styles than is the norm for top-fermented beers, such as British pale ale. Brewed as part of Dave's Heritage range and for the Euro's in Germany.
Limited edition pale ale with Hallertau Blanc hops.
A genuine mild with a voluptuous feast of coffee, chocolate and caramel flavours. High alcohol balanced with fine body.

The tannins sizzle across the palate in a gentle display of bitterness, with a light finish.
