Traditionally, India Pale Ales were heavily hopped to help survive the long hot journey to the sub-continent. Ours is a traditional style IPA but not over-hopped. Full-flavoured, yet light and refreshing with a restrained bitterness; amber in colour with citrus notes and made for easy drinking.
A light beer with a good combination of malt and hops. Maris Otter and Crystal malts along with American and English hops give a great taste to this session bitter.

A seriously smooth operator, our Milk Stout is all about the easy-drinking creaminess that comes from this classic style. Moderate dark malt additions are coupled with oodles of sweet crystal malt and a healthy portion of lactose. A modern take on this uniquely nourishing ale.
A heavily dry hopped juicy IPA packed full of Vic Secret, Simcoe and Mosaic hops. A healthy amount of oats and wheat were added to the mash for a smooth, thick mouthfeel with the use of London Ale lll yeast adding some fruity orange esters to the mix. Unfined and unfiltered to embrace the haze!
A North Yorkshire version of the West Coast style. 3 hop types in this one, to justify the ‘sunshine-in-a-glass’ claim. Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) 2013 Champion Beer for the North East of England.
Brewed and matured for 102 days, about 7 times longer than most other beers and using the finest ingredients: Moravian Malt, Whole cone Saaz hops, Artesian water from a Glacial well directly underneath the brewery and our own strain of yeast. This beer is perfectly balanced and remains independently owned by the Czech people.
A refreshing, light-coloured lager, with both spicy and floral flavours infused from Saaz hops.

A traditional cloudy cider, with a rich rosy colour. This cider has been packed full of apples to really allow the taste to come through.
A full bodied New Zealand Pale Ale. Citrus and tropical fruit flavour and aroma.
Based on our multi award winning Plum Porter, our Plum Porter Grand Reserve is dark, and has added strength and elevated roundness due to the increase in alcohol content. Matured in conditioning tank for 21 days, it's fruity and loaded with flavour and strength!
Spokes is our essential session beer. Maris Otter and Vienna malt form the well balanced hub. Northern Brewer bitterness and a subtle blend of orange and grapefruit. Cascade and Amarillo leaf hops complete the circle.
