A very pale and hoppy strong ale. Well hopped using only Chinnook hop; the mellow bitters make way for a distinctive citrus/grapefruit aroma.
The aim with this beer was to show that big hoppy American style beers don’t have to come with a high ABV. We utilise both American hops and yeast for this brew to ensure it stays as true to style as possible. Pairing Chinook and Columbus hops in the kettle produces a wonderfully medium dry grapefruit and citrus flavour. This beer is left slightly sweeter thanks to a higher finishing gravity which brings out subtle pine flavours.
A delicious golden full flavoured medium cider, delivering sweet apple flavours and a classic bitter finish.
A blonde beer, with hoppy fruity taste and a fine fruity aroma.
A new comforting porter with a grain bill featuring rich chocolate malt and roast barley. This beer will treat you to delicious coffee and smokey aromas, whilst the flavours show deep malt and hints of dark chocolate. Judicious hopping with Columbus, Bobek and Mandarina Bavaria gives a tasty light fruit layer to the porter without being bitter or overpowering.

This Proper distinctive stout gains it’s full body and reet rich flavour from the whole oats added to every brew along with Bramling Cross and Challenger hops, also imparts dark chocolate and liquorice notes.
