A deep brown pale ale with a malty aroma with resinous English hop notes. It has a pleasant hoppy bite leading to a smooth malty flavour.
One of the newer style 'citrusy' beers, light and thirst-quenching with a clean hoppy palate. Hops used are Cascade and Northdown.
Brewed in honour of the mascot of the now defunct Staffordshire Regiment and his handler. Colour Sergeant Watchman III, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was a regular at the Brewery tap, until his death in June 1998, but never drank on duty. Hops used are Challenger.
Golden bitter. A perfectly balanced, moreish beer. The malty and bitter start leads to a hoppy body with some astringency.

Smooth and sophisticated mango cider made with an ample portion of mango juice and Somerset cider.
An eminently drinkable pale session ale. Subtle malt and floral notes are matched splendidly with citrus hop, rounded off with a slightly dry finish.
A great aroma and powerful upfront hoppy bitterness give way to an explosion of citrus and pine flavours. A full on hop attack not for the faint hearted!
