A golden body that paves the way for a fresh fruity hoppy ale with a balanced bitterness. Hops: Fuggles (UK), Goldings (UK), Most (Czech) and Nelson Sauvin (NZ). Vegan friendly.
An award-winning light ale brewed with three malts and three hops. Generous late hopping provides Seville orange aromas and the initial malt sweetness is dominated by citrus flavours which explode on the palate. Brewed with plenty of malt to provide decent body, so it has some backbone for a low ABV beer. There's also a pronounced bitterness throughout.
This Irish stout was a follow up brew to an annual Study Tour, which this year took place in Ireland. Brewed to a traditional Irish style recipe, with roasted barley, chocolate malt and flaked barley providing notes of espresso, rich chocolate with a rounded finish. Collaboration with The Young Members of the Institute Of Brewing. Vegan friendly.
Best bitter brewed using 100% Kentish hops from farms we know and work with.
A crisp and fresh blonde beer, light in body but certainly not in flavour. Brim-full of lemon, grapefruit, passion fruit and pale malt. Refreshing and satisfying, this was our first beer and it's still our biggest seller.
An Extra Special Bitter. A caramel sweetness gives way to a refreshing hoppy bitterness.
A classic West Coast IPA with fruity citrus notes using Cascade and Centennial hops.
Back in the day a little brewery called Offbeat brewed a Hefeweizen. A delicious hazy wheat beer with banana, clove and a hint of bubble-gum, it was a cult classic! Now reimagined for the next generation of drinker. Vegan friendly.
A real apple cider infused with tart rhubarb and blended with vanilla for a smooth session cider.
A well balanced perry with subtle honey notes. Produeced from super ripe Comice pears.
A distinctively fresh bittersweet, still, cloudy cider. Appley aroma with peaty undertones, this medium dry cider is just challenging enough to be easy drinking. A real taste of the orchard for those ready to embrace proper cider.
A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
Fully fermented dry cider made with a Herefordshire orchard blend. A tangy ripe apple flavour with full body and mouthfeel. Please note the ABV changes with each batch.
Awaiting tasting notes from brewery.
Steeped in history; forgotten, then rediscovered and reinvigorated by Craft Brewers in America. Ours is a thoroughly modern take, where a rounded malt body meets an avalanche of hops. Mango, lychee, grapefruit. Love hops? Drink me. Vegan friendly.
