
Created to have all the hoppy goodness of an IPA, but brewed to a sessionable strength. Its intense fruit-salad character comes from generous additions of US West Coast hops. A full bodied and fruity beer, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry, pineapple and mango. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

Easy drinking pale ale utilising some of the best hops New Zealand has to offer. Gooseberry and white grape flavours from the Nelson Sauvin are backed up by tropical aromas from the Nectaron and Motueka. All layered on a soft, pillowy base that allows the hops to shine. Vegan friendly.

Using no less than five hop varieties with a dry hop charge of 20g/l, pushing toward DIPA levels of intensity, we've utilised Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin in T90 pellet form, along with their CGX versions. With a final flourish of New Zealand Hop's latest experimental variety NZ-106 and a whisper of Abstrax Hops Skyfarm Pineapple. The result is a pillowy soft IPA, singing with guava, mango, and passionfruit, with bright pine and citrus notes underneath. Collaboration with Beak for our 8th birthday. Vegan friendly.

A classic, easy-drinking blonde ale. A light floral aroma mingles with subtle citrus fruit, while gentle notes of bread and biscuit from the malts provide a soft, rounded backbone. A dry, bitter finish keeps it crisp and exceptionally quaffable, making this a brilliant pub beer.

Two absolute weapons come together for an all-hop-no-filler US / NZ IPA. Flying over the Pacific to New Zealand with its flagship Nelson Sauvin taking the lead. We know it, we love it, wine-inspired crisp and fresh. Back to the West Coast of the US El Dorado takes this over the dune to the beach with tropical citrus overtones.

Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
