Crisp, fresh and clean pale ale, pleasantly grassy with a delicious noble hop character. Brewery owner Pat Morton began making this beer way back in the late 90s, and with its low ABV and easily quaffable flavour it was heralded as his 'breakfast beer'. Back from the archives for our 30th anniversary! Hops: Amarillo and Mount Hood. Gluten free.

Here at Thornbridge we have a deep respect for British Brewing heritage and on hearing that the historic Burton Union system was being retired we decided we wanted to do our part in saving one of the sets. We installed it in Bakewell, and after getting up and running we brewed this batch of Jaipur using it, each pint is a true piece of history. Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Ahtanum, Simcoe, Columbus and Cascade.

A chocolate brownie stout. Vegan friendly.

A classic best bitter. Vegan friendly.

We wanted to show some appreciation for a classic style that we have been really enjoying drinking recently. With our best bitter, we used a blend of malts to achieve a light copper hue, we then added a combination of East Kent Goldings and Northdown hops and fermented with a British ale strain. The resulting beer is a beautiful blend of bready biscuity honey notes from the malt, a slight fruity ester from the yeast and subtle bitter finish to keep it refreshing. We hope to have made a perfect summer bitter, let us know what you think!

Part of our our Soda Series. This nostalgic soda sour takes zesty lemon, sweet caramel and the thirst-quenching, iconic flavours of your favourite soda, and makes it even bigger. Vegan friendly.

The first in a new brewer-led experimental series. A soft, hazy pale built on chit malt, pearl malt, oats and wheat, then hopped with Idaho 7 T90, Idaho 7 CGX, Motueka and Citra. Vegan friendly.

A clean and refreshing traditional Pilsner style lager. Made with the highest quality British lager malt and a touch of wheat to give subtle sweetness and increase mouthfeel. Rounded off with a slight grassy and bergamot character from the noble hops.

Creamy nitro stout. Malty notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and Bourbon biscuits alongside a light dark berry fruitiness. Fairly dry with a moderate roasty bitterness.

A classic British-style cask IPA created using the very best ingredients we can get our hands on and then fermenting it in our new Union set. For our base malt, we have used Maris Otter from Norfolk, a touch of Simpsons' best Crystal malt to add a touch of colour and rounded sweetness and some of the special (and expensive) Brewers' Invert No.2 sugar from Ragus, which will add notes of caramel and toffee while helping to keep the beer’s body in check. The all-important hops are British-grown Goldings and Northdown, which give us some gentle berry flavours and rounded, cedar-like hop aromas to balance the maltiness.

We've brought two recipes together in this IPA, Salopian's Kashmir and our Jaipur, and using a blend of ingredients from both we feel we've got it bang on. There is a plethora of citrus fruit, hints of pine and the lingering dry finish both beers are renowned for. Hops: Ahtanum, Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Chinook, Columbus and Simcoe. Collaboration with Salopian Brewery.

Recreation of the classic Charrington IPA. An old English-style IPA. Pale ochre display with an aroma that suggests porridge oats. Fresh pine nuts from the English hops and a touch of Horlicks with a floral and surprising marmalade finish.

A classic golden ale with a juicy flavoursome edge. Brewed with a blend of Harvey's and Beak yeast, it opens with fresh grapefruit and citrus, before soft tropical notes build from a generous dry hop of New Zealand Cascade hops. UK Harlequin and Cascade hops bring a clean, zesty bitterness, while Plumage Archer malt from Warminster lends a light, bready sweetness and a smooth body. Slightly hazy, gently rounded, and very drinkable. Collaboration with Harvey's. Vegan friendly.

A crisp, refreshing sour with a light balance of juicy blood orange and sharp citrus from lemon juice and zest. Vegan friendly.

This iteration in our series of drizzleberry sours tops layers of freshly baked sponge cake with a juicy blend of sweet cherry, zesty lemon, and a drizzle of sweet vanilla icing. Contains lactose.

Our easy-drinking, delicious pale ale. A blend of Pils malt, light caramalt and oats form the base of this beer, which is balanced by a blend of Citra, Ekuanot and El Dorado hops - peachy, citrusy and superbly balanced. Absolutely lush! Vegan friendly.
