Malty, hoppy, and bittersweet historic pale ale with a hint of marmalade, inspired by a recipe brewed by Kemp Town Brewery in 1880. Chevalier provides a big malt backbone for massive quantities of British and European Hops, typical of the time, while traditional Invert No.2 sugar adds hints of molasses and lightens the finish. This is a very different style of pale beer - it is dry and crisp with a percussive bitterness. An abundance of floral and citrus notes work to compliment the herbaceous and snappy cracked pepper base notes. We have drawn inspiration from both Franco-Belgian and British brewing traditions to create this beer.

A clean and refreshing traditional Pilsner style lager. Made with the highest quality British lager malt and a touch of wheat to give subtle sweetness and increase mouthfeel. Rounded off with a slight grassy and bergamot character from the noble hops.

Creamy nitro stout. Malty notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and Bourbon biscuits alongside a light dark berry fruitiness. Fairly dry with a moderate roasty bitterness.

A medium sweet cider blending two cider styles for the perfect balance of flavour and structure, without any added sugar or artificial sweetening. Bringing fragrance and fruit, we have crisp juicy Falstaff, fermented with aromatic wine yeasts. To this, we have paired our classic Somerset keeved cider to bring natural sweetness, robust bittersweet tannins and a wild yeast finish.

We wanted to show some appreciation for a classic style that we have been really enjoying drinking recently. With our best bitter, we used a blend of malts to achieve a light copper hue, we then added a combination of East Kent Goldings and Northdown hops and fermented with a British ale strain. The resulting beer is a beautiful blend of bready biscuity honey notes from the malt, a slight fruity ester from the yeast and subtle bitter finish to keep it refreshing. We hope to have made a perfect summer bitter, let us know what you think!

A golden, straw coloured bitter, brewed with Cascade hops adding a flinty, grapefruit aroma that is deliciously refreshing.

Brewed with extra pale Maris Otter, torrefied wheat, malted oats and a touch of Vienna for a soft and round bodied mouthfeel. Whirlpool and dry hop additions of Strata, Mosaic and Idaho 7 provide a full on bright tropical fruit flavour for this juicy and hazy pale ale.

ESB is a beer style that is firmly rooted in British history; it is rich and deep, complex and warming. Our extra special bitter offers an abundance of sweet dark caramel and dried stone fruit notes, yet enough bitterness to draw you back in!
