Panela is the result of our collaboration with the exceptional Pura Panela, a Sheffield-based company specialising in sourcing Panela from Colombia. This natural, dehydrated juice is derived from sugar cane through a rustic, artisanal process. We've combined it with high-quality Colombian coffee adding both to our classic porter recipe, creating a complex and layered beer with a phenomenal flavour profile. Hops: Bramling Cross.

Our winter wheat beer pours a bright yellow with light citrus on the nose. Our Production Director, Rob, has added a gentle warming spice blend that brings subtle notes of clove and nutmeg. Smooth, balanced and delicately spiced, it finishes with a comforting seasonal warmth.
