Extremely fruity and hazy IPA with Munich and a generous amount of wheat malt for increased body and haze. We used Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo and Mosaic hops for a punchy fruit aroma, while keeping the bitterness low for an easy drinking pint.
Pale, hoppy, malty brew with a hint of sweetness before a dry finish.
It takes a knowledgeable brewer to combine both malt and hop flavours successfully. It's all about the balance. A masterstroke in the blending of hops for bitterness with those that bring their own flowery oils to achieve a final finishing aroma that is truly unique.
An incresingly dry, hoppy, bitter finish complements the spicy, citrus character of this full-flavoured and well balanced amber beer.
The first in a collaborative series of pub standards. Dark and inviting with a prominent malt character. Light and fruity aroma with flavours of hazelnut, coffee and caramel. Collaboration with Thornbridge Brewery.
Bitter with a faint flowery aroma and a moderately fruity, malty taste. The finish is long but pleasantly bitter with some sweetness and dryness.
A nod to the US state of New Mexico where the renowned Sabro hop originates. This variety is now a favourite for brewers with its distinctive piƱa colada flavour, which adds an extra dimension to any brew. We have combined this with a generous helping of classic C hops (Chinook, Centennial and Columbus) for their spice, pine and clean grapefruit characteristics and Citra for huge fruity notes of peach, melon and apricot. All of this makes for a truly audacious hazy pale ale, bursting with an enormous array of tropical fruit flavour.
This little New England Style IPA has all the haze and hops you love but with the addition of passionfruit that cranks up the aroma and mouthfeel to 11.
A kiwi and lime sour. We thought this classic pairing would work perfectly in a kettle sour, enhancing the sharpness and providing a real spectrum of flavour. This beer is light, refreshing and full of zesty citrus, balanced with just a little tartness.
An American style IPA that is full of character and which leaves you wanting more. Brewed with Maris Otter, Rye, Crystal Rye and Caramalt to create a copper warming colour and hopped with Pilgrim, Chinook, Galaxy and Simcoe hops, Longhorn has both citrus and tropical fruit tones.
Santa's Elves have been busy blending a rich and warming rustic cider bursting with apple flavour. Cloudy and medium sweet.
This crafted Somerset cider is full of flavour blended from the highest quality apples, here at Myrtle Farm. A medium dry golden cider, with a smooth and refreshing taste.
Easy going citrusy session pale to kick back with.
Lots of fruit in this British tribute to the American West Coast Pale Ale. The excellent mix of hops results in a refreshing and tasteful Pale Ale.
