It has been created with Fonio, an ancient grain that has thrived in West Africa for over 5,000 years due to its drought resistance and ability to grow in nutrient-poor soil without fertilizers and pesticides. Collaboration with Brooklyn Brewery as part of their ‘Brewing for Impact’ initiative. Hops: Huell Melon, Goldings and Citra.
