A wonderful pale golden coloured bitter, with a light hoppy aroma and a distinct lemon and ginger aftertaste.
Our most hop-forward beer in almost two decades of brewing. We began with a brand new blend of pale malts which provide a soft, clean base for an octet of the punchiest, most vibrant American hops in both leaf and pellet in the whirlpool, followed by a double dry-hop during and after fermentation. The result is a blast of herby citrus zest flavours and aromas, paired beautifully with the smooth yellow haze in our first unfined cask ale. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A tasty winter warmer with hints of dried fruits, liquorice and burnt caramel. Rich Victorian porter, Commemorating the opening of Thomas Telford’s Conwy Suspension bridge in 1826.
Second version of a Hop forward IPA style pale ale. Brewed with pale, wheat and oat malts for a great body. Good levels of bitterness with the late addition of Centennial hops before a final assault from the dry hopping of Citra and Simcoe.
A red ale made using all-British ingredients, beginning with a blend of pale malts and carapils elevated by the late addition of black and crystal malts. Together lending colour and flavour to the pale ale base with a hint of caramelised biscuit, currants and berries. For the first time in the range, we've single-hopped this beer with Harlequin, a vibrant and increasingly popular British hop. Known for its complex yet mellow bitterness and tropical fruit notes, Harlequin perfectly complements the ale's crystal-clear, vibrant colour. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
Malt and hop aroma, bitter and hoppy finish.
A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
A best bitter brewed with the rare Bramling Cross hop for soft fruit aroma and taste. The satisfying bitterness is balanced by sweet toffee/caramel from the crystal malt. Hops: Goldings, Pilgrim, Bramling Cross and Target.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.
A rich deep golden strong ale. The high level of alcohol is complemented by increased bitterness and the fruity hop finish is derived from a combination of Fuggles, First Gold and Cascade hops.
A golden ale hopped with Chinook and Simcoe hops giving zesty grapefruit flavours.
Pale amber ale, dry and fruity, dry hopped in the traditional manner which gives the beer a fine hop aroma.
A powerful strong ale, mid-brown to ruby in hue, aromas of fruit and malt give way to hoppy and sweet finish.
Brown ale with floral aromas followed by a long lasting sweet malty finish with hints of burnt caramel.
Manchester helped drive the Industrial Revolution and shap the modern world. That Spirit of innovation, enterprise and collabortion was given a symbol - the worker bee. We've celebrated the plucky bee, and the wisdom and effort of our citizens, by creating a golden-coloured beer with a creamy head and a big heart.
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
A wonderful straw coloured beer with a light hoppy aroma and a distinct blueberry aftertaste. A multi award winner across the country.
A premium dark mild. Crystal and chocolate malts combine with wonderful Willamette hops to give a full bodied, complex character to this award winning ale.
