A traditional style of ale typical of the East of Scotland. A superb classic with a deep copper hue and light bronze creamy foam. 80/- is brewed using Belhaven yeast and allowed to ferment at a slightly higher temperature. This delivers satisfying malt flavours and layers of soft fruit with a toffee finish.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
A delightfully full flavoured beer, rich to the palate and displaying a rounded fruity aroma, with hints of dark fruit. A great beer for both the goose and the gander.
A full bodied beer with redcurrant and blackcurrant flavours, along with a malted toffee taste. A crisp bitter finish.
A ruby red ale brewed for long winter nights by the fire. WE use three different malts for colour, depth of flavour and complexity and dry hop with Amarillo for seasonal flavours of citrus peel and dried fruit.
