It doesn't get much darker than the Vanishing. An imperial stout, complex, rich and devastating in its flavour and mouthfeel.
Our take on the classic rich yet light German Schwarzbier. A black beer made using Saaz and Tettnang hops. Collaboration with Hop Hideout. Vegan friendly.
A night sky-black porter with chocolate, marshmallow, a little vanilla and a touch of smokey molasses for a smooth and sweet s’mores flavour, to whisk you off to a campfire in the great outdoors.
This began life as a Single Malt and Single Hop beer – SMASH – and was named South Island Pale Ale recognising the New Zealand hop, Rakau and being brewed on the south of the Isle of Wight. A great beer was made better by introducing Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret (more antipodean hops) oats and extra pale Maris Otter for the base malt. The result is a beautifully pale, fragrant and fruity ale.
Bringing together your breakfast of strong coffee and porridge, this rich stout comes with strong coffee undertones and notes of dark bitter chocolate, vanilla and nutmeg.
Jammy and tart blackcurrant bramble sour. Collaboration with Echlinville Distillery.

Stan's Trad is Stan Thatchers's traditional cider. Mellow from the time it spends in our oak vats, naturally hazy from the bittersweet apples carefully chosen for the blend, and full on flavour.
With its distinctive orange hues, this smooth, robust, naturally cloudy cider is a Somerset tradition. For those who like oak-aged cider medium dry, our cidermakers choose apples including Tremlett's Bitter for its tannins, while Dabinett brings a rich, full body.
