Notes of plum and other stone fruits are present throughout, balanced against a delicate blend of classic hops. The richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring.

Helles Lager. We begin with a specially selected premium lager yeast and a variety of classic Noble European hops. During fermentation we add some Saaz for an earthy and floral hint, followed by the Mandarina Bavaria hop to give an extra subtle hint of lemon complexity to the taste and aroma. Sweetness balanced with a light bitterness, delicately hopped, clear and light, it's the very definition of a thirst-quenching lager bier.
