Open your eyes to flavour... every brewery needs a good IPA. Ours combines locally grown Maris Otter with Munich and wheat malts. This is a heavily hopped ale with a mix of Centennial, Cascade and Crystal hops, providing bitterness that is topped off with a multitude of citrus and spicy aromas.

Named after the delightful sound of pigs when they come across some windfall apples! Like those pigs this is full of character. A rich bronze cider that is smooth as it is tasty. Beautifully balanced with a satisfyingly rounded finish.
A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
This fruity little number is Harry Masters cider apples steeped with crimson purple damsons.
