This is our most adventurous cider: it's the product of a round-the-world adventure to find the cleanest, crispest and smoothest cider making techniques. Inspired by ciders made in the USA, this medium sweet cider uses old fashioned eating apple varieties such as Cox and Russet to create a lighter, fruitier style of cider.
This is our sweet cider which is made from a blend of cider apples and sweetened by keeved cider. Keeving is a French method of producing very sweet juice and not many cider makers in the UK go to the trouble of doing this. It's what makes our sweet cider special.
Made from a blend of cider varieties including Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Harry Masters, Gasping Goose is a well-balanced, golden, medium-bodied cider. Not your average Best Bitter. We've taken all the things we love about this classic British beer, and brought it up to date with the addition of some zesty US hops late in the brewing process for fruity flavours to complement the bready malts and a snappy bitterness. Sitting somewhere between a Best Bitter and a American West Coast IPA, we aren't sure exactly what this beer is, but what we do know is it's delicious!
This imperial stout was brewed with a blend of dark roasted malts, together with lactose (milk sugar), which gives a nice sweet finish to balance the roasted malts. We then added toasted coconut flakes and cacao nibs, for an even more indulgent finish! Collaboration with Crafty Devil. Contains lactose.

There’s a flavour harmony across apples and blackcurrant, which we’ve brought to the fore here with our Herefordshire blackcurrant cider. Our skill comes in growing apples and our friends at Pixley Berries are the experts at growing blackcurrants. With varieties such as Jonagold, Cox, Bramley and Rubens as dessert apples featuring in a naturally sweet base, the blackcurrants lend a fresh berry aroma and taste to the drink. It’s a refreshing, sweet drink, and we’ve kept the strength low too.
