A malt driven dark mild with flavours of toasted caramel and subtle chocolate. Goldings hops add light spices and bramble fruit notes to complement the malt flavours.

For this latest iteration of our Trips series, brewed annually to celebrate our birthday, we decided to take things back to basics, with a straight up rich, smooth yet easy drinking stout. But we couldn't leave it there, so of course we threw some big American hops at it! Simcoe and Cascade bring top notes of citrus and fresh pine needles, to offset the rich roasted malt flavours.
Once again, your favourite childhood sweets become the inspiration for our latest session sour; Rhubarb & Custard. Our full-bodied dessert sour combines the fruity tang of rhubarb with luscious, creamy vanilla custard notes. This time we’ve dialled the ABV down to a sessionable 4.7%, while keeping all the flavour of our original release. Vegan friendly.
This imperial stout was brewed with a blend of dark roasted malts, together with lactose (milk sugar), which gives a nice sweet finish to balance the roasted malts. We then added toasted coconut flakes and cacao nibs, for an even more indulgent finish! Collaboration with Crafty Devil. Contains lactose.
Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

A fruity flourish gives way to a dry backbone. All the Gala and Bramley flavour washing over then a creeping dryness, refreshing the palate. Produced with slightly less Gala Apple juice to produce a refreshing dryness and a higher ABV.
Pure farm pressed and produced Welsh cider which has been left to mature for over 6 months in oak barrels and has a taste and strength to prove it! Cider is cloudy, still and medium sweetness. Made with 100% fermented apple juice, no added water.

A variation on our flagship milk stout, Safe As Milk. A carefully selected blend of 7 malts combine for subtle flavours of biscuit and dark chocolate before we introduce plenty of lactose and Madagascan vanilla for added body and sweetness. Finally, we let the beer condition on freshly roasted cacao nibs to double down on the chocolate. It's is deep, rich and luxurious yet supremely drinkable. Contains lactose.
A gluten free pale brewed with a mix of T90 hop pellets and CGX hop pellets from Crosby Hops. What's CGX, you ask? It’s like hops on turbo mode. These pellets are crafted using cryogenic wizardry to extract lupulin from hop cones, delivering pure pellets bursting with juicy, resinous oils and bold aromas - the ultimate dry-hop hit. Expect all the orange fruits with this one. Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Cascade CGX, El Dorado and El Dorado CGX. Gluten free.
We brewed this pale ale with silly amounts of Idaho 7, Motueka and Cashmere hops along with an experimental yeast strain known for creating beers with voluptuous body and ripe tropical fruit flavours.
