This one will have you turning cartwheels across the floor!

There’s a flavour harmony across apples and blackcurrant, which we’ve brought to the fore here with our Herefordshire blackcurrant cider. Our skill comes in growing apples and our friends at Pixley Berries are the experts at growing blackcurrants. With varieties such as Jonagold, Cox, Bramley and Rubens as dessert apples featuring in a naturally sweet base, the blackcurrants lend a fresh berry aroma and taste to the drink. It’s a refreshing, sweet drink, and we’ve kept the strength low too.

A medium organic perry with a juicy pear taste and delicate wine finish. Light in colour, complex in flavour and refreshing to drink. It features a blend of the evocative sounding Longdon, Hendre Huffcap and Butt perry pears.

Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

This is our most adventurous cider: it's the product of a round-the-world adventure to find the cleanest, crispest and smoothest cider making techniques. Inspired by ciders made in the USA, this medium sweet cider uses old fashioned eating apple varieties such as Cox and Russet to create a lighter, fruitier style of cider.
