Our nod to the brewing history from Birmingham and M&B's Mild. Brewed with a variety of crystal malts to layer the caramel, nutty and roasted notes and a little hop note the Phoenix hops. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

A light, full-bodied, and smooth golden ale hopped using Alora, Lotus and Nelson Sauvin. A base of British Maris Otter with just a touch of caramalt. Vegan friendly.

A divine Best Bitter that marries bready, sweet malt flavours to woody, earthy hops, all melded together with an expressive yeast character and the precise minerality of the brewing liquor. Brewed using the finest ingredients from our cherished British suppliers combined with our new school brewing techniques; a Burtonised water profile, traditional floor-malted Warminster malt, Fuggles, Goldings, and Challenger hops from Hukins Hops in Kent, and finally, a unique Burton Ale yeast.

A chocolate stout dedicated to York's delicious past as the Chocolate City. Dark malts combined with cocoa powder and cacao nibs provide a chocolate richness, with lactose for a soothing creaminess. Contains lactose.

Our second beer in the bingo series is a small pale ale showcasing Simcoe and Elani hops. Super pale in colour with a delicate body, and a mellow bitterness. Awash with aromas of pineapple, guava, lime, white peach and orange zest from the dry hop. Vegan friendly.

A big, hoppy, US style amber ale brewed with Cascade and Centennial hops giving pungent citrus aromas. The malts give the beer a deep amber colour with layers and layers of complex malt character to create a warming, sticky body which the Centennial hop cuts straight through, giving you a comforting slap around the face with its concise bitterness. An easy-drinking, smooth and creamy sessionable nitro stout, combining pale malted barley with a blend of rich kilned and roasted malts.

Our version of a classic Munich Helles. A bright golden, crisp and clean malt forward lager. Layers of complex malt character rounded with a light flourish of spicy hop on the back end. Vegan friendly.

A Japanese rice lager. Almost as dry as water, there’s absolutely no residual sugar left. Rice takes up 40% of the total malt bill. It’s crisp, clear, and super light in colour. A neutral yeast doesn’t overpower the delicate rice and allows a light gooseberry and white wine aroma to shine through from the light use of Hallertauer hops. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

A double IPA version of our flagship hazy pale ale Pagan Juice. We've kept the water chemistry and the same, just dialled up the amount of malt and hops to bring it out at 8.0% and from 15g/l up to 23g/l. It's incredibly soft, clean and overflowing with intense aromas of tropical fruits, mandarins, lemon citrus, and a hint of pine. Pagan Juice, but bigger, bolder and juicier than ever before. Vegan friendly.

Our original hazy pale ale is packed full of oats and wheat, giving it a smooth, silky body which is balanced with a very subtle bitterness. Aromas of ripe peach and pineapple with a light resinous spruce on the nose. Vegan friendly.

The orchard apples are a mix of Herefordshires finest. We have used a blend of real cider apples, bitter sharps and bitter sweets to which are added some desert varieties to make a zesty medium dry and very refreshing cider.

A polished blonde ale, with fruity overtones and a dry finish.

A sweet milk stout with the addition of smoked malt to bring the fire and provide some balance and complexity to the sweet marshmallow. Contains lactose.

A juicy bonus fruited IPA, that combines Cascade, Citra, CTZ and Mosaic hops, with pineapple, passion fruit and mango for a tropical explosion.

A blackberry and vanilla fruited sour. Vegan friendly.
