A modern session amber ale - a blend of English and Belgian malts matched with American and English hops.
A fruity amber session ale. US Crystal and Cascade hops in the boil and dry hopped with even more Cascade make this little ABV beer pack a fruity punch. A donation from every brew goes to Bow Brickhill Community Projects.
The quintessential Oxfordshire Bitter. Amber in colour with a good fruit, hop and malt nose. The initial taste of malt and well hopped bitterness dissolves into a bitter-sweet and fruity finish. Brewed using the famous Henley 'double-drop' fermentation system incorporating six Victorian square fermenting vessels. Formerly known as Brakspear Bitter.
A refreshing golden ale packed with the right amount of hops and malt for a perfect balance.
This is a deep red, nutty bitter based on the old NBC recipe, passed on to us by Pat Heron who started at NBC in 1954. Pat's father was Head Brewer at NBC's Phoenix Brewery on Bridge Street before him. Red Star is a true working man's pint made with the traditional Mild Ale malt variety that was a staple of NBC bitters and milds in the 1950s.
IPA style but with a subtle punch of an export strength ale. Full bodied with a distinct underlying maltiness balanced by fruity dry hoppiness.
